What Our Warranty Covers

Our standard warranty applies to all permanent granite memorials, including upright monuments, flat markers, slants, and custom designs. It covers:

Craftsmanship & Engraving

We guarantee that all inscriptions, carvings, and designs will be properly executed according to the approved layout. If errors are made in engraving or etching after approval, we will correct or replace the piece.

Material Integrity

We use only high-quality granite that meets industry standards for durability and performance. We warrant that the granite will not crack, break, or deteriorate under normal environmental conditions.

Finish & Polish

Granite finishes are warranted to retain their integrity and resist significant weather-related damage. We will address any premature surface issues related to material defect or production.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues caused by external or environmental factors beyond our control, including:

  • Vandalism, theft, or accidental damage
  • Cemetery equipment impact or ground movement
  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs by third parties
  • Weathering of bronze elements over time
  • Natural aging of photo inserts or vases due to outdoor exposure
  • Improper handling after installation

Installation Guarantee

All monuments installed by Borth Memorials are placed with precision and care. We follow best practices to ensure proper leveling and long-term stability. If shifting or settling occurs within a reasonable time after installation, we will inspect and, if needed, reset the stone at no cost to you.
